Why do we process your personal data?
We process the information provided by interested parties in order to manage contact requests sent via the website form. We also manage electronic communications related to the services and products offered by Alphanet.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data provided through the contact form will be retained until the request has been answered and for a maximum of one (1) year from receipt of the request. Personal data provided when subscribing to electronic communications about Alphanet services and products will be retained as long as consent is not revoked. Personal data provided through the Alpha Alert mobile application will be retained as long as consent is not revoked. The data used by Alpha Alert includes authentication information and device location, which are critical to the functionality of the Alpha Alert application. We recognise the importance of the privacy and security of this data and are committed to protecting it responsibly. You may revoke your consent at any time.

What are your rights?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Alphanet processes personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims. Likewise, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Alphanet informs you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and limitation of processing under the conditions and limits provided for in current legislation by writing to Alphanet SECURITY SYSTEMS SL, Calle Pablo Iglesias 54, 08302 Mataró (Barcelona), or by email to info@alphanet-solutions.com. In any case, you must provide a copy of your ID card, passport or equivalent document. If you consider it appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Data subject’s rights
- Right of access
Right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, right of access to your personal data. As well as:
a. The purposes of the processing; b. The categories of personal data concerned; c. The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; d. Where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; e. The existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing; f. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; g. Where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source; h. The existence of automated decisions, including profiling, the logic applied, as well as the significance and expected consequences of this processing.
2. Right of rectification
Right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
3. Right to erasure
Right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her, which shall be obliged to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
a. The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b. The data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based; c. The data subject objects to the processing; d. The personal data have been unlawfully processed; e. The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject; f. The personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services to children.
However, there are a number of exceptions in which this right does not apply. For example, when the right to freedom of expression and information must prevail.
4. Right to object
Right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them. The data controller shall cease processing the personal data, unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. Right to restriction of processing
Right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of data processing when any of the following conditions are met:
a. The data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b. The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; c. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; d. The data subject has objected to processing while it is being verified whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
